For parents, these moments are bittersweet, full of pride and the ache of how fast time passes. My own two teenage daughters remind me of this every day: how fleeting these seasons are, and how every laugh and glance can make your heart swell all at once.

Where will I take my photos?
I am proud to offer my clients a comprehensive location guide with the best spots in the Tampa Bay Area for senior photos. I also travel back to my San Diego four times a year. We'll discuss personal preferences and proximity, and we’ll walk through these various locations to select the perfect backdrops for your senior portraits.
How will I know what to wear?
Well before your senior photo shoot, I always send the Kristina Chartier Senior Style Guide to help you better prepare for your session. In the guide, you’ll learn all about what looks good on camera, how to incorporate variety into your wardrobe, and which accessories take your shoot from sweet to stunning.
Do I receive hair & makeup services when booking?
Professional hair and makeup is highly recommended for your photo shoot, and you will have the option to add-on hair and makeup services by my talented team as a part of your booking.
When is the best time of year to take my senior photos?
Great question! Ideally, you should be taking your senior photos the summer before or the autumn of your senior year. If you prefer to take them in the Spring, you should be booking your shoot for no later than April to leave time for post-processing and product turnaround before graduation. Spring spots fill up quickly. Please book below as soon as possible if you hope to secure one of these spots. Trust me, booking your shoot for Autumn is the way to go, if you can swing it!
What is included in The Portrait Session Fee?
The Portrait Session Fee (also known as a sitting fee) covers the photography experience itself, including professional time, talent, and creative direction. This includes pre-session planning such as wardrobe styling and location selection.
After your session, you will either receive a private online gallery of your professionally edited images or be guided through a personalized artwork design appointment to select prints, wall art, albums, and custom products handcrafted by professional photography labs in the USA.
The Portrait Session Fee does not include printed products or digital files.
Do you work with male seniors?
Of course! The senior guys I work with also receive a style guide, but hair and makeup is optional.
Are digital files included?
Digital files are not included with Family portrait sessions. A matching digital file is provided with the purchase of printed artwork. Digital files are not included with the session fee.
Digital files are included as part of select High School Senior print collections, which differ from Family portrait offerings.
